This building is a 32 ft. x 54 ft. (1728 sq. ft.) with a 12 ft. high wall. The bay doors are 12 ft. wide and 10 ft. high steel sectional roll ups. Larger windows allow for more functionality, while the Board and Baton provide a country look. The floor is concrete and the roof is cost efficient coloured steel.
Location: Flamborough.
Primary Use: Equipment and vehicle storage.
Caledonia/Cayuga
This mid-size building provides the perfect size 32 ft. x 48 ft. (1536 sq. ft.) for country residential living. A 10 ft. wall height, two entrance doors, and one bay door offer efficient use of space. Steel cladding provides no exterior maintenance and offers a 25 year guarantee.

This 32′ x 40′ (1,280 sq. ft.) is the car collector’s dream garage. 12′ wall height with a combination scissor truss and attic design. This allows for additional interior height and storage space. Two large bay doors, entrance door and windows. R-30 pink insulation in the ceiling with R-20 in the walls. The entire interior is clad with interior steel liner. A 6” re-enforced concrete floor completes the package.

This 28′ x 40′ (1,120 sq. ft.) hobby shop compliments and matches the existing home. The wall height is 10′ with a 6/12 pitch roof and scissor truss to allow for more interior height. The bay doors, windows, and entrance door match the home. Maintenance free coloured steel cladding completes the exterior. With a 5” thick concrete floor, and insulated walls and ceiling this is a perfect hobby shop for the car collector.

The concrete floor is 5” thick and re-enforced.

This building provides enough storage for 6 classic cars.

Dunnville Area
This 24′ x 32′ (786 sq. ft.) hobby-shop/garage has 10′ high walls, 14′ to the peak. The two steel sectional bay doors are 9′ Wx 8′ H. The building is completely maintenance free with coloured galvanized steel cladding on the roof,walls and all trims. The concrete floor is 5” think re-enforced and troweled to a smooth finish.
