This business owner required a 40 ft. x 40 ft. (1600 sq. ft.) building. A wall height of 16 ft. was required with two 12 ft. x 14 ft. bay door openings. Two commercial grade entrance doors were included and a 15 ft. x 20 ft. overhang was attached to the exterior. No maintenance, durable, cost efficient, coloured steel cladding completed the exterior.

This (1,196 sq. ft.) building was built at 26 ft. x 46 ft. with 10 ft. high walls. A large 10 ft. x 9 ft. bay door located at one end allows for vehicle entrance. Steel clad exterior with translucent panels provides natural light. The concrete floor is reinforced to take extra heavy weight.
