Brantford/Jerseyville
This 24 ft. x 40 ft. (960 sq. ft.) garage is designed to match an older home. Board and Baton cladding was used on the exterior. A shingle roof adds to the look, and matches the existing home. A concrete floor was poured and two large garage doors were included.

This 24 ft. x 40 ft. (960 sq. ft.) building has a 10 ft. wall height, concrete floor, two 9 ft. x 7 ft. residential bay doors, window, steel cladding, and a steel roof.
Location: Ancaster.
Primary Use: Vehicle, garden equipment storage with work bench.
Ancaster/Brantford.
This building is 30 ft. x 60 ft. (1800 sq. ft.) with a wall height of 10 ft., and illustrates some of the wood frame construction. Coloured steel cladding and trims accent the building to match the house. Three bay doors allow for easy access for vehicles, and equipment.
Location: Ancaster/Brantford.
Primary Use: Equipment to maintain large property, work bench, and older car restoration.
Grimsby, Escarpment Property
This 24′ x 24′ (576 sq. ft.) garage was designed and built to match the existing house. Built on a solid-post foundation, this building featured shingle roof (cottage style), 24” overhangs, and colour co-ordinated to match the house. The exterior cladding was durable and paintable “Smart Panel.” Two large windows, entrance door, and 8′ x 7′ Bay Door completing the exterior. The floor was 5” think re-enforced concrete.
Location: Grimsby, Escarpment Property.
Primary use: Classic vehicle storage.
Dunnville Area
This 24′ x 32′ (768 sq. ft.) hobby-shop/garage has 10’ high walls, 14’ to the peak. The two steel sectional bay doors are 9’W x 8’H . The building is completely maintenance free with coloured galvanized steel cladding on the roof, walls and all trims. The concrete floor is 5” thick re-enforced and trowelled to a smooth finish.
Location: Dunnville Area.
Primary use: Garage, Equipment, Workshop, Vehicles.
Dundas
This 24′ x 40′ (960 sq. ft.) garage shows the framing prior to the steel cladding. 10′ Wall height, 2-9′ W x 8′ H steel sectional doors, separate area for workshop, 5” think concrete floor, coloured steel cladding on roof, walls and trims. A perfect work, and storage shop for the motorcycle enthusiast.
