A Viking Building may be best suited for the small to medium sized business that requires economical, protected space.  After the Viking structure is up, the interior (electrical, plumbing, insulation, cladding) can be done quite easily.  Interior walls, offices, can be built to satisfy your needs.  Some examples of what can be built...

This private school required a 36 ft. x 42 ft. (1512 sq. ft.) building.  Steel cladding was used on the 12 ft. high walls as well as the roof.  The three 10 ft. x 10 ft. bay doors allowed for maintenance equipment to access easily.  Shelving and storage space was built inside.  Translucent panels were placed on the roof to allow natural light.  A full concrete floor 5 inches thick and reinforced completed the package.
Location: King City (North Toronto)
Primary Use: Storage for maintenance equipment.

This business owner required a 40 ft. x 40 ft. (1600 sq. ft.) building.  A wall height of 16 ft. was required with two 12 ft. x 14 ft. bay door openings.  Two commercial grade entrance doors were included and a 15 ft. x 20 ft. overhang was attached to the exterior.  No maintenance, durable, cost efficient, coloured steel cladding completed the exterior.
Location: Cambridge.
Primary Use: Storage, work area.

This (1,196 sq. ft.) building was built at 26 ft. x 46 ft. with 10 ft. high walls.  A large 10 ft. x 9 ft. bay door located at one end allows for vehicle entrance.  Steel clad exterior with translucent panels provides natural light.  The concrete floor is reinforced to take extra heavy weight.
Location: Guelph.
Primary Use: Vehicle storage, some office space.
